Currently created by MixoGames and available on PC from various online platforms, the Twistingo series mixes arcade elements with traditional hidden object adventure gameplay, resulting in a beautiful, amazing experience.
Today, I am listing all the Twistingo games in order so that you can play them chronologically, making sure you don’t miss any – including the original released so many years ago.
Twistingo
Release Date: July 6, 2005 | Developer: AlwaysNeat
Story & Gameplay
The original Twistingo introduced a unique blend of bingo and arcade, ball-shooting action similar to games like Zuma.
There’s a story too, seeing players explore a mysterious island to rescue captive animals from an evil wizard, filling out their cards as they play.
The gameplay involves eliminating rolling balls by clicking the matching numbers on your card before they reach the wizard’s gauntlet. This innovative hybrid of puzzle mechanics and adventure set the stage for the series, although it was revived many years after the original release, with major changes – as you will see below.

Twistingo Collector’s Edition

Despite the “Collector’s Edition” in the name, this game is not a remake or a re-release of the original from 2005, but a brand new game that introduces multiple gameplay elements, making the entire experience a lot better.
A secluded island deep in the Pacific has been devastated by a powerful tropical storm, leaving its people in need of help.
Step into the adventure alongside your local guide, Enoha, as you embark on a mission to recover the sacred tiki masks – ancient relics that shield the island from dark forces. Solve a unique mix of puzzles, from hidden object challenges to bingo-inspired games and marble-shooting action.
It was a pleasant surprise to see the franchise reborn after all those years and the changes made it feel more modern and overall better than the original – and this is how the next games in the series will be like.
Twistingo: Bird Paradise

In Bird Paradise, which is very similar to the Collector’s Edition mentioned above, a devastating storm strikes a tropical island inhabited by colorful bird families, destroying their nests and homes. The player is called in to help rebuild the avian paradise by searching the ruins for resources and repairing the birds’ dwellings.
The gameplay spans multiple puzzle genres – you’ll encounter hidden-object scenes, marble-matching levels, bingo-based challenges like in the original, and more as you restore the island’s former beauty.
Twistingo: Turtle Bay

Story & Gameplay
Turtle Bay takes place in a tropical haven famous for its rare turtle families. After chaos strikes the island (I think it’s clear that this is the main motive of the series), players join characters Kanoa and Malia on a quest to secure the turtles’ safety and revitalize the community.
The game combines hidden-object searches and puzzle-solving: you recover lost objects, rebuild damaged facilities, and solve various mini-games to help rescue the endangered turtles and breathe life back into the island’s businesses using similar mechanics to the previous games.
Twistingo: Hummingbird Haven

Story & Gameplay
A rare solar eclipse followed by a storm causes an unexpected crisis for the island’s cherished hummingbirds and you have to team up with the local community to locate and rescue the missing hummingbirds and rebuild their destroyed habitats.
New minigame types are introduced in this version, including various card games and Mahjong – but you also have the classic ones you certainly loved in previous iterations.
Prepare to explore the island to find unique amulets, solve brainteasers, and even search for the last hummingbird eggs, all in a bid to save the endangered birds.

Twistingo Free

A free edition that lets you sample what the previous three games have to offer. You get to play a couple of levels from Twistingo: Bird Paradise, Twistingo: Turtle Bay, and Twistingo: Hummingbird Haven.

Twistingo: Blue Moon

Story & Gameplay
The game is set on the island of Lunara, which has been transformed into a frosty wonderland after a rare blue moon casts an icy spell over it.
As a dedicated conservationist, the player must traverse the island’s frozen habitats and solve puzzles to rescue distressed animals and restore Lunara to its former tropical glory.
Apart from the regular bunch of minigames from the previous titles, we have new challenges as you gather mystical moonstones and work to break the Blue Moon’s curse.
