Lightside Geonosis Territory Battle is where Padawans become Jedi Knights in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. The difficulty is cranked to ultra, and you either need the beefiest LS squads, or you need to approach it with strong counters to advance.
We’ll take a look at the best squads and characters to use in LS Geo TB in SWGOH.
Galactic Legends: Rey, Jedi Master Luke Skywalker, and Jedi Master Kenobi
There’s no need to dwell too long on the impact of Galactic Legends in SWGOH and their power in game modes like LS Geo TB.
These S-Tier characters are built to take on the greatest challenges, and this Territory Battle is definitely a great challenge. Each Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes mission becomes a cakewalk the moment you unlock their respective Ultimate Ability.
Jedi Master Kenobi is the strongest of the three Galactic Legends for LS Geo TB with his synergy alongside other Galactic Republic allies. They are also great for basically any in-game event, from inflicting damage over time to evading attacks (and a lot more).
General Skywalker and the 501st
General Skywalker and the 501st faction are a core squad and characters in special missions throughout LS Geo TB in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes.
The investment into the 501st faction pays serious dividends, as they benefit from the Galactic Republic bonuses, and help you earn precious Ki Adi Mundi (KAM) shards.
The catalyst for success is focusing on a high Relic Fives with proper mods to take advantage of his Zeta ability Tactical Awareness.
Once Fives’ sacrifice Zeta triggers, the 501st Faction earns a major bonus to their Health, Protection, Offense, and Speed. Arc Trooper also shreds stacks of droids with its multiple attacks and the Blaster Turret.
501st Faction: General Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano, CT-5555 “Fives”, CT-21-0408 “Echo”, CT-7567 “Rex”, ARC Trooper

Bad Batch
Surprise, surprise… more Galactic Republic characters! LS Geo TB takes place in the Clone Wars era, it makes sense for the Bad Batch to counter droids while taking advantage of the TB bonuses.
The Bad Batch control the battle through turn meter manipulation abilities and have stronger effects against droid enemies.
Over half the LS Geo TB enemies in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes are droids, and the powerful AOE attacks from Bad Batch characters hard-counter Geonosian squads as well. This spells out quick and easy clears throughout all phases if they’re geared and modded well enough.
Even outside of LS Geo TB, Bad Batch are a strong faction that newer players should look to farm early.
Bad Batch: Hunter, Wrecker, Echo, Tech, Omega
General Kenobi
General Kenobi is the glue that holds multiple squads together in lightside Geonosis Territory Battle. His versatility makes him a plug-and-play on multiple variations of Galactic Republic squads, and on a strong Jedi squad.
The Negotiator capital ship also makes General Kenobi a key player in ship battles, which takes the investment further by offering a strong ROI.
General Kenobi is a priority to Relic considering he’s a Journey Guide requirement for General Skywalker and Jedi Master Kenobi.
Jawas + Friends
This is partially a joke considering that most players would be crazy to Relic a Jawa team. However, there is strong potential here for Jawas to be used in LS Geo TB!
The name of the game here is durability. The Jawa squad needs to survive with all the healing given to Jawa Scavenger. Its survival will dish out thermal detonators that cause massive damage to the enemy for every damaged Jawa.
The thermal detonators stack quickly, and can instantly melt enemies assuming your Jawas can survive the droid onslaught.
Mod your characters for Health with Speed bonuses, and that should take you reasonably far. Jawas + Friends are definitely a niche single-use team for LS Geo TB and Challenge Tier Rancor in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes.
