Lord Vader is the Galactic Legend iteration of the iconic character. While his SWGOH kit isn’t designed to oppress enemies with previously-inflicted and sustained DoT like Darth Vader, Lord Vader passively inflicts DoT to all enemies every time he takes a turn.
He also has a special AoE ability, Unshackled Emotions, which inflicts 4 DoT effects to all enemies – and they can’t be Resisted.
