The best strategy to defeat Lady Carina in Arcane Odyssey is to keep the distance to avoid her powerful attacks, learn the patterns and strike when she is vulnerable. You will need to use long-range spells and weapons to easily defeat her.

Where to find Lady Carina in Arcane Odyssey?
You can find Lady Carina – who is a tough boss in the game – in the Shining Plains. This is an area on the Eastern side of the Ravenna Island and you will unlock her after beating another important boss in the game, General Argos.
Lady Carina starts with 2,500 Health, but she also has regenerative powers, making the fight even more difficult.
Actually, the fight against her can be divided into two stages. The second stage begins when she reaches 50% health, and that is when she begins healing (7 HP per second) and getting more aggressive with her attacks.
But the strategy you will use will be the same for both stages of the fight.

Defeating Lady Carina in Arcane Odyssey
She has plenty of very high damage attacks, especially melee attacks that really become a problem in the second phase when she begins teleporting to you.
This is why one of the most important rules when fighting this boss is to constantly keep moving and keep a safe distance from her. These are her attacks:
- Dash: she dashes towards the player, dealing massive damage
- Grapple & Attack: when you get close by
- Combo attacks: again when you are nearby, she will perform a 3-combo attack dealing up to 90 damage
- Tornado kick: annoying attack which also stuns your character
- Shockwave attack: long range attack (which keeps her still, so great to counter!)
- Regeneration: 7 HP/sec in the second phase, once her health is at 50% and below
- Teleport attack: She teleports to your location and deals massive damage
As you can see from her attacks, the safest strategy against her is to keep the distance. In order to do this, you will have to move constantly in order to get away from her dash attacks and later on, teleports.
Learn how the animations of each attack works. The easiest one to deal damage is the Shockwave attack, when she remains still for a while, activating the attack.
Use the most powerful ranged attacks that you have available and blast her constantly with them. Spells like Plasma Blast or Lightning Blast also work really well and can be used from a safe distance.
Another thing to keep in mind is the complete wreck of the nearby terrain. Don’t let your character fall and get stuck in any of the craters, as Lady Carina will quickly take advantage of this and deal massive damage.
If the area becomes too difficult to navigate, simply run away and lure her into a new area, continuing your long range attacks and constant movement. It will be a relatively long and extremely fast paced fight, but it can be won.

While it’s clear that she is a really difficult boss to beat, it’s worth going through all the trouble. One of the most important loot drops from her is a piece of the Ravenna Apostle set:

It is true, you only have a 2% chance to get any of the items listed above as a drop, but it’s worth it. And once you defeat her the first time, you will have the experience and it will be easier to beat her again.
