Lucy’s Missing: Help Find the Pup is a limited time level you can complete in Rooms & Exits to score some great rewards (plenty of energy and coins), but as all the other challenges in the game, it’s really difficult.
So if you tried everything and are still stuck – even after using the in-game hints – I am here to help you with the full solution for this level. I have easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions so you can complete the Rooms & Exits: Lucy’s Missing level! Let’s begin.

Rooms & Exits Lucy’s Missing Live Event Walkthrough
1. Tap the flower pot and note how many of each type of flowers are there: 3 blue, 1 yellow, 6 white and 4 orange.
2. Tap the panel next to the garage door and enter the flower-code: 3164.
3. Get inside the garage and pick up the wrench on the floor. Get the hammer on the right side of the area, and the knife from the ladder in front of the car.
4. Tap the tools on the wall and from the inventory, use the set of tools you found. Notice that some have numbers on them (9-1-3-8). Tap the red shelves in the garage and use the code on the tools to open the drawer. Get the large key.
5. Tap the workbench and tap the paper towels to clean the dirty toy car, then pick it up.
6. Look at the poster on the left – it shows you the color codes for the cars next to it (yellow, light blue, pink on the left; red, green, blue on the right).
Tap the frame to the right, use the car you just picked up to add it to the existing ones, then arrange them in the correct order, as shown on the poster. Get the small key.
7. Tap the first aid cabinet on the right wall and use the small key to open it. Get the rubbing alcohol, gauze and Band-Aid.
8. Go back to Daisy (the girl outside the house) and tap on her arm. In your inventory, combine the gauze and alcohol to get a Wet gauze.
Dismantle the Band-Aid to get a single piece. Then, use the Wet gauze on Daisy’s arm first, then add the Band-Aid. You will receive a Bolt.
7. Tap the wooden gate to the right and add the bolt in the spot on the left, then solve the puzzle to connect the left side to the right.
Note that the first one next to the bolt is in the correct position – start from there towards the right, one piece at a time! The gates will open.
8. Go to the back yard and pick up the Pendant from the lawn. Notice that it also has a code on it (4910).
9. Tap the box next to the dog shed and use the code to open the lock. Get the Dog Cookies from there. Also, get the Feeding Bowl next to the shed.
10. Now, tap the large shed’s door and use the large key to open it. Get inside to find Lucy.
11. Open your inventory and first dismantle the box of dog cookies to get a cookie, then use the feeding bowl on Lucy. Finally, give her a cookie, and you’ll complete the level!
And you’re done! You have completed the limited-time challenge and found Lucy’s Missing Pup!
