If you want to complete the mission requiring you to gain Tactical Supremacy 50 times (or any number of times in other sets of missions), you’re left wondering which characters in your rooster can do that.
I am here to help by sharing a full list of Tactical Supremacy characters in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, and then I will also recommend the five best choices to complete this mission as fast as possible.
This mission is usually paired with another I wrote about here: the best Potency Up Characters in SWGOH. Now, let’s jump in!
Tactical Supremacy Characters in SWGOH

As always, I will stary by listing all the characters who have a way to gain or give allies Tactical Supremacy in alphabetical order below:
- Admiral Trench
- Grand Moff Tarkin
- Major Partagaz
As you can see, we don’t have plenty of choices – quite the contrary. So we will have to deal with these and make them work, which will require quite a bit of grinding and especially planning.
If you need more help, I recommend reading my SWGOH: All Target Lock Characters article, too.
Teams for Tactical Supremacy Characters in SWGOH

Out of the ones above, you should definitely choose the one(s) you have invested the most in, as you want your characters to stay alive for as long as possible and ideally activate their skill multiple times during battle.
But since you already have just three options, you must consider team synergies and the actual team setup in order to maximize the gains and have them activate Tactical Supremacy as many times as possible in the battle.
Here’s how to do it:
Grand Moff Tarkin is my top choice. Not only is he a character that’s easy to get, and most of us already have him in pretty decent condition, but his special Intimidation Tactics not only gives all Empire Allies Tactical Supremacy, but also grants him Potency Up (which is a requirement for another mission in this Conquest).
The only thing you have to be careful about is your team setup: you must team him up with a full team of Empire characters to get the most out of him.
Admiral Trench is almost the opposite, focusing on Separatist Allies (non-Droid, though). His special Net Positive grants Tactical Supremacy, but since non-Droid Separatist characters are fewer, he’s my second pick.
Third comes Major Partagaz, whose Authority Is Brittle gives Tactical Supremacy to all Rank 3 ISB allies. So, he’s the one with the most demanding requirements for this.
In the end, it all depends on what kind of characters you have ready for battle: you have three different paths to follow, so always choose the one that gives you the most characters ready to gain this buff.
There are plenty more requirements for the various sectors and in-game missions, and I think you will find these useful: SGOH Defense Up Characters or SWGOH: Inflict Blind Characters.
Wrapping Up
Choose any (of my recommended characters for your team, and you will complete the mission requiring you to gain potency up 50 times as fast as possible. Still, a bit of grinding is required, but at least you’re prepared for the challenge.
If you still have questions or, even more importantly, if you discover another character that gives Tactical Supremacy, let us all know in the comments down below.
