The main idea about finding the best counter for Rey (especially the Rey/Ben team-up) is to have the right heroes, and have them maxed out.

Best Team
In an ideal situation, this is the team setup I recommend for defeating Rey in 3v3:
- Cere Junda
- Taron Malicos
- Starkiller
This is the setup I had the most success with, and the strategy here is straightforward, as this team has perfect synergies and skills that compliment each other.
Ben is the main threat here, and you must debuff him first (or wait at least for the first turn to pass so his protection is no longer active).

Second Option
- Jedi Master Kenobi
- Mace Windu
- Commander Ahsoka Tano
Again, the key is to be patient here and wait for the Instant Defeat Immunity to pass (after the first turn). Then, use Commander Ahsoka Tano’s leap to wreak havoc on the battlefield.
Focus on dealing spread damage instead on a single enemy at first, then take out Rey’s teammates, leaving her last.
